WHO WE ARE

At Sisters in Service, we are dedicated to empowering young women through financial literacy, college readiness, health and wellness, and civic engagement. Our initiatives are rooted in the belief that social change begins with a strong and healthy foundation. We have been making a difference since our establishment in 2000, and we continue to work towards creating a more equitable world for all women.

“Sisters in Service” embodies our commitment to fostering a collective spirit of belonging, purpose, and support among young women. We believe that by coming together as sisters, we can create a transformative environment where every girl is valued, uplifted, and given the tools to reach her full potential.

We envision a generation of confident and empowered young women who rise above adversities, reshape their narratives, and become leaders in their communities.

SISTERS IN SERVICE, IN NUMBERS

“Youth civic engagement is defined as working to make a difference in the civic life of one’s community. It also involves developing the combination of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to make that difference”

In life we can choose to let our differences divide us or unite us.
We are better together.
